Join our client’s national Restructuring & Insolvency team as a Senior Associate Solicitor in Melbourne, leading high-stakes bankruptcy, corporate insolvency and debt recovery matters while accelerating your career growth.

About the Law Firm:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Advise insolvency practitioners, secured lenders, directors and creditors
• Manage external administrations: asset realisation, court proceedings and debt recovery
• Draft and negotiate court documents, statements of claim and enforcement actions

What You’ll Bring:

• 3 years’ PQE in disputes, investigations or insolvency law
• Excellent drafting, research and communication skills
• Strong time-management, attention to detail and MS Office proficiency
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach and client focus
