empathetic human with fab communication skills! As Practice Manager, you'll be entrusted with driving process improvements, diary and intake optimisation, marketing strategies, and clinician support, all while enjoying the benefits of being in a warm, client-focused environment.
Your Duties will Include: - Deliver operational excellence across all aspects of daily clinic management, supporting clinicians and clients
- Lead client intake, billing, scheduling and marketing with initiative and attention to detail
- Empower the admin team and assistant manager while enhancing systems for efficiency and experience
- Work from a modern, family-focused clinic located near the Centre of Sydney
Requirements/ Skills: - Proven senior admin or Practice Management experience (5+ years preferred, but not essential)
- Exposure to psychology or allied health private practice is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Medicare processes, diary management and intake workflows
- Full Australian Work Rights
