What We’re Looking For?
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (required).
  • 1–2 years of proven success in sales (recruitment or B2B preferred).
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a vision for building a team, or to grow to an account director role.
  • High integrity and a natural ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Strong self-motivation and independence, balanced with team collaboration.
Your Responsibilities
  • Recruitment of top Allied Health professionals (Speech Pathologist and Occupational Therapist) into permanent roles across WA. TAS, SA and ACT.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and high-level candidates.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.
