About the Role

A well-established mixed billing practice on the Southern Sunshine Coast is seeking a General Practitioner (full-time or part-time) to join their friendly and supportive team. Due to strong patient demand, there is a particular need for a GP with an interest in women’s health, offering an excellent opportunity to build a loyal patient base quickly.

With modern facilities, a steady patient flow, and a collaborative team, this role is ideal for a GP seeking both professional fulfilment and a relaxed coastal lifestyle.

What’s on Offer

• 70% of billings in a mixed billing practice
• Initial guarantee of $180/hr or 30% of billings for the first 3 months
• Lump sum incentives and relocation assistance available
• Flexible full-time or part-time options
• Monday–Friday hours (8:00am–5:00pm) – no weekends
• Established patient base with consistent demand

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality consultations with a focus on women’s health
• Manage a broad mix of general practice presentations
• Maintain accurate clinical records using Best Practice software
• Collaborate with nursing and allied health professionals
• Deliver patient-centred care with strong continuity

What You’ll Need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner
• Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM (or working towards)
• Interest or experience in women’s health
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care

Support & Facilities

• 8 consulting rooms
• 2 nurses onsite (including CDM support)
• Treatment room + procedure room
• Allied health onsite: Dietitian and Earworx
• Well-established systems and supportive administration
