Job Description

Seeking a Vocationally Registered GP to take over a high-end bulk-billing position in their doctor-owned practice in South Melbourne. You’ll inherit a loyal patient base from a retiring GP of five years—immediately seeing 40–50 patients a day. Choose either a six-month moratorium placement or a permanent VR GP role.

What’s On Offer
  • 80% of billings; $170/hr guarantee for the first three months
  • Initial shifts Wednesdays & Fridays (minimum two days/week), with scope to add Thursdays. 
  • High-end bulk-billing environment handling 40–50 patients/day (≈$2,500+/day potential)
  • Flexible pace: holistic (4 pts/hr) or high-volume bulk-billing (5–6 pts/hr)
  • Full nursing and practice-nurse support specialising in care plans, childhood immunisations, and chronic-disease management
  • On-site allied-health (podiatry, dietetics), corporate medicals and more
  • Fortnightly mentor meetings and funded CPD support

Requirements
  • Vocational Registration (FRACGP, FACRRM or equivalent)
  • Comfortable with both bulk-billing and mixed-billing consults
