Originally established in 2018, this private family dentistry clinic has proudly served the local community with high-quality general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry in a welcoming, supportive team environment. With a fully booked schedule under two existing Dentists, the practice is now expanding from four to five operating days to meet growing patient demand.
Position Overview Our client is looking for a motivated, patient-focused
Dentist to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. You will deliver a broad range of treatments—from preventive care to surgical procedures—while enjoying structured mentorship from the Principal Dentist, who is advancing her skills in implants and oral surgery.
Key Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive preventive care, including cleanings, examinations and oral cancer screenings
- Perform restorative and cosmetic treatments such as composite fillings, veneers, crowns, bridges and teeth whitening
- Deliver orthodontic solutions, including Invisalign and minor brace adjustments
- Carry out surgical procedures: extractions, root canal therapy and support implant placements under mentorship
- Offer sedation options (nitrous oxide, IV and oral sedation) for patient comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold strict infection-control and sterilisation standards
Skills & Experience - Current registration with the Australian Dental Board and some local clinical experience
- Proficiency in general dentistry and confidence in surgical techniques (extractions, RCT)
- Keen interest in developing implantology and oral-surgery capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
- Desire to build a long-term career in a fast-growing practice
