Key Offerings:

• 35% commission with no lab fees (excluding implants) – significantly boosting your net earnings
• $20,000 monthly retainer for the first 3 months – allowing you to focus on treatment planning, not production pressure
• Full-time position - 9 days per fortnight

• Marketing support that consistently attracts new patients with high billing treatment plans
• Well-equipped, digital practice with experienced dental assistants and support staff

Scope of Work:

• Full-mouth treatment planning with a focus on complex case management
• Restorative and prosthetic dentistry including crowns, bridges, and veneers
• Preventive care, composite restorations, and tooth extractions
• Night guards, diagnostics, and comprehensive oral health education
• Option to consult on advanced cases with time and resources to support optimal outcomes

Who This Role Is For:

• 3+ years of Australian experience and a strong foundation in general and restorative dentistry
• AHPRA registered practitioners without restrictions
• Availability full-time - 9 day fortnight
• Clinicians who are confident in leading complex treatment plans and full-mouth rehabilitation
