This is a rare opportunity for a Dentist to step into an established patient base with full books and consistent demand—without the need for surgical or implant work. If you’re confident with general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry and prefer a supportive, well-run private environment, this role is for you.
The Role at a Glance: - Split across two clinics just 10km apart (Banksia Beach and Bongaree)
- 2-chair clinic and a 4-chair clinic – patients travel between both
- 3–4 days per week preferred (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Replacement role due to a Dentist on extended personal leave
- Immediate patient flow with loyal clientele
Clinical Focus: This role is ideal for a Dentist seeking a non-surgical scope of work. Key treatments include:
- Cosmetic dentistry (veneers, bonding, whitening)
- Restorative treatments (composite fillings, crowns, bridges)
- Root canal therapy
- Dentures and occasional prosthetic work
- Preventive care and oral health management
No implant or surgical procedures required. The current principal manages all implant work, and additional surgical skills are not necessary
for this role.
Who We’re Looking For: - A Dentist with enough experience to operate independently (limited mentoring available)
- Comfortable with an older demographic and strong communication skills
- Excellent English skills – open to overseas-trained Dentists with unrestricted AHPRA registration
Clinic Snapshot: - Bongaree Clinic: Preferred provider (NIB only), full books with no gaps, consistent patient flow
- Banksia Clinic: Private billing, typically booked 2 weeks in advance
- Shared patient base with patients moving easily between both sites
