Job Description

  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (essential)
  • AHPRA registration with the Dental Board of Australia (essential)
  • Bachelor of Oral Health (or equivalent accredited program) (essential)
  • Full working rights in Australia (essential)
  • Adult scope for OHTs welcomed (advantage, not mandatory)
  • A genuine commitment to sustainable workloads, patient-centred care, and consistent appointment times

This opportunity is ideal for an Oral Health Therapist who wants a role that supports stable hours, realistic daily schedules, and time for life outside the clinic. What you’ll be looking for (and what we prioritise when matching you)
  • Predictable shifts and flexibility around family, study, sport, or travel
  • A clinic culture that respects breaks, finish times, and manageable books
  • The ability to deliver high-quality preventive care without being rushed
  • Support from dentists and leaders who encourage collaboration and continuity of care
Your clinical scope may include
  • Scale and cleans, periodontal maintenance, OHI and prevention planning
  • Children’s restorative (where applicable) and fissure sealants
  • Whitening, fluoride therapy, and management of early decay
  • Patient education and long-term periodontal support
    (Exact scope will depend on the clinic and your qualifications.)
