Job Description

 About the company

Our client is a contemporary, patient-focused dental clinic in Hobart, recognised for delivering high-quality care and an outstanding customer experience. The practice is designed to support Dentists with efficient systems, professional management, and strong clinical governance - so you can focus on dentistry rather than admin.

About the position

Our client is looking for an AHPRA-registered Dentist to join our clients' team on a full-time or part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a clinician who wants clinical freedom, excellent support, and steady patient demand generated through an established referral network and strong local presence.
You’ll enjoy a pro-digital, well-equipped environment with a well-managed appointment book and the backing of a team that values quality, communication, and patient outcomes.

Your clinical scope may include:
  • Examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning and preventive care
  • Restorative dentistry: composite fillings, crowns and bridges
  • Veneers and cosmetic smile improvements (where appropriate)
  • Root canal therapy (endodontics)
  • Extractions and management of dental emergencies
  • Dental implants (surgical and/or restorative, depending on experience)
  • Ongoing oral health maintenance and patient education
Key requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a Dentist
  • Commitment to high standards of patient care and communication
  • Confidence delivering comprehensive general dentistry
  • Ability to work autonomously while aligning with clinical governance
  • A collaborative, professional approach within a customer-centric team
On offer
  • Full-time or part-time flexibility to support work/life balance
  • Clinical autonomy in a modern, digital practice environment
  • State-of-the-art equipment and high-quality clinical resources
  • Strong clinical governance with in-house compliance support
  • Marketing support and a well-managed appointment book
  • Access to a robust referral program and consistent patient demand
  • CPD opportunities and connection with a wider professional network
  • Earning potential supported by patient flow and efficient systems
