We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join a well-established dental practice and take ownership of the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys leading a team, improving systems and helping create a positive experience for both patients and staff.

About the role
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the practice, supporting the clinical and reception teams, managing appointment flow, coordinating staff rosters, monitoring practice performance and ensuring a high standard of patient care is maintained.
You will also play an important role in supporting team communication, maintaining efficient systems, managing enquiries and helping drive a professional, welcoming and well-organised practice environment.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone with previous experience in dental practice management, senior dental reception, treatment coordination or a similar leadership role within a healthcare setting.
You will have strong communication and organisational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to lead a team with professionalism and confidence.

Experience with dental practice software, patient management systems, rostering and day-to-day clinic operations will be highly regarded.
