Job Description

  • Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Super depending on experience
  • Mixed Ages Caseload (initially 70/30 split of paediatrics to adults, clinic based)
  • New Graduate Support Program weekly 1:1 Supervision with a highly experienced Senior SP

  • Caseload: Support clients of all ages (NDIS and private) - starting 70% children / 30% adults. Begin with simpler paediatric cases to build confidence, then progress to adults with complex needs in speech, language, swallowing, voice, literacy, and neurological conditions.
  • New Graduate Support Program: Weekly 1:1 supervision, daily access to a Speech Pathologist with 30+ years’ experience & 24/7 training resources
  • Onboarding: Gradually build your caseload, learn systems with the Director, and shadow the Senior SP to develop skills.
  • Work Environment: 90% clinic-based, 10% community. Minimal travel, reimbursed at $0.99/km each pay.
  • Facilities: Three large clinical rooms, art therapy room, ILS kitchen, Genie Bottle sensory space, Club House group rooms, and staff amenities.
  • Extensive Resource Library: Access lots of purpose designed resources to support you in your group and individual sessions with clients. 
  • Admin Support: Admin handle service agreements, scheduling, and billing so you can focus on clients.
  • Career Growth: Co-facilitate group programs, help develop new therapy materials, and specialise in complex cases.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
