⭐Why You’ll Love This Role:
- Clinic-based Role: Parking onsite & your own clinic room fully resourced. Telehealth available as well.
- Paediatric Caseload: Tailored to your interest area - speech sound disorders, literacy, feeding and swallowing, complex needs (including CP and acquired brain injuries, and AAC including eye gaze technology.
- Expectations: See 4–5 clients per day, with reduced load if supervising others. The focus is on support and quality care- not productivity targets or micromanagement.
- Onboarding: A gradual, supportive start focused on getting to know the team, shadowing other clinicians across disciplines, and steadily increasing your caseload over the first few weeks.
- Collaboration & Learning: Regular joint therapy sessions, monthly multidisciplinary and discipline-specific meetings, plus in-house guest speaker training sessions.
- Team Culture: Enjoy daily team lunches, quarterly social events, and a warm, supportive environment with outstanding staff retention.
- Facilities & Resources: Sensory space with swing and crash mat, large storeroom of therapy materials, and comprehensive SP assessments with new resources added as needed.

⭐Requirements:
- Minimum 5 Years Post Graduate Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers license and own vehicle
