Job Description
Join a leading not-for-profit providing person-centred care across clinic, community, and residential aged care settings. Support adults and older clients via My Aged Care, HCP, and NDIS with services spanning assessments, equipment prescription, minor home mods, falls prevention, dementia care, exercise programs, and ADL support. Ideal for Occupational Therapists looking to expand into aged care while maintaining genuine work-life balance. - Salaries from $85,000 - $111,000 + Super + Benefits

- Caseload: Mix of My Aged Care, HCP & NDIS Clients. Clinical presentations include neurological conditions, chronic disease, mobility and balance issues, cognitive decline, and sensory changes.
- Services Provided: You’ll provide a wide range of aged care and adult services, including functional assessments, assistive equipment prescription, minor home modifications, falls prevention, dementia care, mobility and strength programs (including hydrotherapy), ADL and ILS support, and community participation planning.
- Flexible Work Settings: Clinics (Nundah or Jindalee), Community, and residential aged care settings.
- Professional Development: Uncapped CPD Allowance & PD Leave and fortnightly or monthly (MDT & OT) team meetings.
- Productivity Measures: Performance expectations are flexible and setting-specific, with no strict KPIs- ensuring your focus remains on delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Admin Support: Takes care of bookings, billings and service agreements - so you can focus on what you do best!

Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
