Job Description

Outstanding multidisciplinary provider seeking a Speech Pathologist. This large organisation is commended for its supportive environment, focus on professional development, and genuine flexibility! Speech Pathologists deliver evidence-based, engaging care for clients aged 0–65 years.

The company is excited to announce two new Speech Pathologist roles in South Perth, one at the conveniently located clinic right by the airport, and another at the welcoming Lakelands hub.

Role: 

Visits across homes, schools, clinics - no more than 30 min travel radius. Caseloads spanning 0–65 years; design creative, play-based or adult-focused interventions. Report to a team leader; receive clinical supervision from a Speech Clinical Lead. Support adults and children with speech impairments, including language, literacy, communication and swallowing.

  • Laptop and phone provided; travel reimbursed
  • Bonus scheme: $50 for every billable hour overachieved (paid per month)
  • Regular case reviews and mentoring with your MDT Clinical Lead to troubleshoot complex presentations
  • Peer-group supervision and a dedicated “Buddy” to guide you through your first months, building confidence, managing your diary

Requirements:
  • Recognised degree in Speech Pathology
  • Full SPA registration
  • National Police Clearance, WWCC & NDIS Worker Screening
  • A driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
  • Two years or more of experience
