Job Description

This well-established paediatric speech pathology clinic supports children aged 0–12 and their families through a warm, clinic-based model with some community outreach to local schools and kinders. With two clinic locations in the eastern suburbs, the team is currently expanding and seeking a Speech Pathologist to join their Malvern clinic.

You’ll be working alongside a close-knit team of up to 10 speech pathologists, supported by AHAs, and guided by experienced senior clinicians who provide regular supervision and mentorship. The role offers structured professional development, a manageable caseload with no Friday afternoon clients, and a nurturing environment that values open communication, team connection, and ongoing growth.

Option for part time or full time!

The Perks:
  • Starting salary ranging from $85,000 - $100,000 + super - based on experience

About the Role:
  • Based at the Malvern clinic, seeing children aged 0–12 and their families
  • Full-time preferred, but open to strong part-time candidates
  • No Friday afternoon clients – dedicated time for PD and team development
  • Case conference after lunch once a week to unpack complex presentations
  • Minimum 3 hours of PD per week (internal, external, or team-led)
Support Available:
  • Supportive onboarding with a gradually increasing caseload based on experience level 
  • Weekly or fortnightly supervision based on your experience level
  • AHAs to assist with program delivery and admin
  • Mentorship from experienced senior clinicians who care about your growth

Requirements/Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
