Job Description
Our client is a thriving Bayside private practice, where collaboration, holistic care and therapeutic depth are at the heart of the service. You’ll work alongside a welcoming team, supported with peer supervision, mentoring and tailored referrals that align with your passion and expertise. - Remuneration: Take home a minimum of $132.50 per session, with options to earn up to $170 as a Clinical Psychologist. Salaried roles are also available ranging from $90k - $130k pro rata.

- Balanced Workload: Clients are committed and engaged with weekly sessions, giving you a manageable caseload and promoting strong relationships between Psychologist and client.
- Comprehensive Onboarding: Attend a 2hr orienteering session prior to starting to learn the ropes with policies and procedures.
Your duties will include:
- Provide ongoing therapies to a diverse range of clients with mild to moderate presentations.
- Working in line with available shift patterns, likely to be a Wednesday morning, Thursday morning, optional Friday morning and weekly/fortnightly Saturday.
- Maintaining key correspondence with referring GPs and other allied health professionals in your network.
- Contributing to the team playing an active role in making the practice a warm and inviting environment for clients and clinicians alike.
- Upholding the values of the practice at all times and employing a holistic approach to Psychology.
Requirements/Skills: - General or Clinical Registration with AHPRA.
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Ability to commit to three days per week across a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and/or Saturday.
- Experience working with children would be beneficial to your application.
