What’s on Offer: - Attractive 60/40 split – Generous contractor remuneration

About the Role: - Caseload: Predominantly NDIS clients aged 3–15 years, presenting with Autism (Level 1–3), non-verbal communication, and global developmental delay
- Work split: Approximately 50% clinic and 50% community-based (local schools and daycares – all within 15 mins)
- Session times: Daytime visits to schools/daycares and after-school hours in the clinic
- Client load: 5–6 clients per day, with autonomy to build a caseload that aligns with your preferences and expertise
- Team: Friendly team of 5+ Speech Pathologists and a multidisciplinary environment

About You: - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership
- Experience in paediatrics, particularly with NDIS clients
- Confident and capable of working independently in a contractor setting
- Driver’s licence and access to own vehicle for local community visits
- Passionate about making a difference in children’s lives through fun, engaging therapy
