What’s on Offer:
  • Attractive 60/40 split – Generous contractor remuneration

  • Supportive team environment – Monthly peer supervision, admin and practice manager support
About the Role:
  • Caseload: Predominantly NDIS clients aged 3–15 years, presenting with Autism (Level 1–3), non-verbal communication, and global developmental delay
  • Work split: Approximately 50% clinic and 50% community-based (local schools and daycares – all within 15 mins)
  • Session times: Daytime visits to schools/daycares and after-school hours in the clinic
  • Client load: 5–6 clients per day, with autonomy to build a caseload that aligns with your preferences and expertise
  • Team: Friendly team of 5+ Speech Pathologists and a multidisciplinary environment

About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current SPA membership
  • Experience in paediatrics, particularly with NDIS clients
  • Confident and capable of working independently in a contractor setting
  • Driver’s licence and access to own vehicle for local community visits
  • Passionate about making a difference in children’s lives through fun, engaging therapy
