This non for profit is made up of a team of skilled Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists provide disability support services primarily to adults with intellectual disabilities across six campuses in Melbourne. The team works in harmony to render quality services, sometimes independently and sometimes collaboratively, based on the patient's needs.
With a strong research department and various innovation projects, they are a progressive and evolving organisation. Their clinic location in Blackburn North caters daily to 120+ participants across multiple disciplines and is furnished with a modern clinic space including industry leading resources available for their Speech Pathologists.

The Role:
The position requires the you to provide therapy and support to adult clients with intellectual disabilities in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Your role will include responding to different referral areas based on client preferences and needs. The role involves conducting mostly NDIS clinical work with a small amount of research work also available. The successful Speech Pathologist will primarily work on-site (70%) and balance the rest of the time with mobile work (30%).

- Salary of $76,000 - $85,000 + super depending on experience

The Support:
- Strong support structure in place for new graduate clinicians
- Receive support from a group of 4 Allied Health Assistants which assist with the implementation of therapy programs
- Work amongst multiple other Speech Pathologists and other disciplines including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and more
- Receive supervision and support by their Therapy Manager as well as discipline specific supervision from your team leader on a weekly basis
- 2 study leave days per year as well as a generous individual PD allowance
Requirements/Skills - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Drivers license
- SPA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
