Our client is one of Australia's leading non for profit healthcare providers and works to be industry leaders in providing high-quality therapy services across a number of sectors including allied health, aged care and more.
This role is for a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join a large multidisciplinary team, your role will be to service the Eastern Melbourne region and assist with early language, articulation, language delays and fluency while working with NDIS clients. You will be working from a mix of early learning centres as well as the clinic located in Ringwood.

Your day-to-day:
- Working across School Readiness Funded and Child Development streams
- With a mix of clinic-based and mobile work
- Varied paediatric caseload including early language, articulation, language delays and fluency primarily from ages 9 upwards
- Work from home or the office when possible to complete report writing and general administration tasks
How you will be supported:
- Receive clinical and procedural supervision from Senior Speech Pathologists with more than 10+ years experience
- Receive access to evidence-based resources
- Structured supervision and mentoring that will be tailored to your level of experience and learning needs
- Access to large, well-resourced working facilities including free on-site parking
- Orientation and induction program ensures you feel comfortable when you start seeing clients
The Team Environment:Work from a multidisciplinary clinic space with opportunities for cross-collaboration and learning alongside Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow from discipline-specific and multidisciplinary professional development training and regular meetings.
Requirements/Skills - Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
