As the Allied Health Team Leader your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the Allied Health team and ensure they are delivering goal-centred care
- Work with the Allied Health General Manager to generate new referrals
- Performance appraisals of staff
- Undertake professional development initiatives
- Assist with local recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Manage a reduced adult disability caseload
- Work from their office located in Penrith to attend team meetings, see clients and collaborate with team members
- Caseload can be tailored to your experience and preferred interest area
- Service clients in a limited radius near your location

Requirements/Skills
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy
- SPA membership or AHPRA registration
- 2+ years clinical experience
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
