Offering services for clients aged 2 to 80+ years, the practice supports a wide range of needs, from stroke rehabilitation and speech/language delays to autism, literacy challenges, emotional regulation, and more. As a generalist service, the team takes a holistic approach.
This role offers Speech Pathologists the perfect balance of flexibility and variety, with a 4-day full-time work week option or tailored part-time hours. You'll enjoy a mixed caseload spanning all ages, allowing you to tailor your work to your interests, whether in clinics, schools, or homes. Your Role: - Neurodivergent populations, including clients with autism, intellectual disabilities, speech/language delays and more.
- Tailor your caseload to suit your strengths, whether in schools, homes, or clinic.
- Ability to be entirely based form their clinic in Altona North
- 70% NDIS clients in addition to a mix of private and GP referrals
- Opportunity for a split of in-clinic and school based work if desired

Requirements: - Tertiary degree in Speech Pathology
- SPA Membership
- Full Australian working rights
- Experience with NDIS clients (preferred but not essential)
