Job Description

Opportunity for a Speech Pathologist to provide Speech Therapy services to children in need. They are a not-for-profit organization primarily providing support under the NDIS to children from 0-12 years of age.

Our client is a not-for-profit organization with decades of experience supporting children and their families on the Mornington Peninsula area. They aim to ensure children are active participants in all aspects of family and community life during the early years and into the future. The Support Structure:

  • Base salary from $70K - $100K + superannuation
  • Salary packaging of $15,900 plus $2,650 for meals and entertainment (equivalent of up to $6,400 additional net salary subject to individual circumstances)

About the role:
  • 4 days mobile seeing clients in the community around Mornington/Frankston while spending some time at their clinic space + 1 day completing NDIS reports
  • Work with a varied paediatric caseload from ages 0-12 alongside a multidisciplinary team
  • Assist with AAC, literacy, social skills, swallowing, stuttering, language and articulation
  • Conduct assessments and provide therapy to meet the needs of children in various areas
  • Have the opportunity to work on-site at their purpose-built facility in Mornington or within the child's natural environment at their home or school
Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree in Speech Pathology
  • SPA Membership
  • Valid Driver's License and vehicle
