Job Description

Are you looking to join an award-winning multidisciplinary provider which has a team of over 70 therapists?!

This unique paediatric service has been established for almost 40 years and provides therapy to children in their clinic and in schools. The best thing about this company is they mould a role around you and your preferences! This can be in terms of location, caseload and where you would like to work (clinic, schools or a mix of the two!).

What you will be doing:
  • Working environments include: clinic-based, school-based or a mix of the two depending on your preference!
  • Services include: speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, social skills and learning and literacy issues
  • With therapy in schools, you will be based in the school for the whole day therefore reducing travel and building long-lasting relationships
  • School-based therapy can include group sessions, 1:1 therapy, teacher education plus much more!
  • Opportunities to engage in school holiday programs and telehealth
How you will be supported: 

The company offers the largest clinical education/mentoring program in NSW! 

For all staff, there is a structured induction program so you feel fully settled in your new role. Supervision is weekly or fortnightly depending on your experience. The company holds in-services throughout the calendar year and has famous external speakers discussing different topics. 

If you are a New Graduate interested in this role, the company has a structured New Graduate program that is industry-leading!

Requirements/Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • ALL levels of experience are encouraged to apply
