Job Description

Our client is transitioning from a specialised Speech Pathology clinic to a multidisciplinary allied health practice. They are expanding their dedicated team, currently consisting of experienced Speech Pathologists, with plans to welcome Occupational Therapists and Psychologists soon.
  • Salaries from $94,000 - $117,000 
  • Paediatric Caseload based predominantly in the clinic (70%) & in the community (30%)
  • $2000 Professional Development Allowane, 2 Days PD Leave & maximum 23 billable hours a week!

On Offer:
  • Salary: $94,000–$117,000  (based on qualifications and experience)
  • Professional Development: $2,000 CPD allowance, 2 paid PD days, and regular in-house training
  • Manageable Billable Targets: Focus on quality, not quantity. Maximum 23 billable hours a week, with a commission structure if you choose to exceed this each quarter (50% of charge out rate per hour)
  • Flexibility: Condensed work week options (e.g., 9-day fortnight) and  WFH for admin & telehealth work
  • Mileage Reimbursement: 98c/km for travel to community visits
  • Technology & Resources: Laptop, iPad, and potential company car or phone depending on your contract
  • Work Culture: Social events including team drinks and an annual staff retreat to Tangalooma each year! 
About the Role: 

This role is ideal for an early career Speech Pathologist looking to develop their skills through mentorship and hands-on experience.
  • Diverse caseload of children and adolescents (0-18 years)
  • Primarily neurodivergent clients (ASD, ADHD), with the opportunity to expand into adult services based on your interests.
  • This hybrid role allows flexibility between clinic-based work (70%) and community visits (30%) to schools and kindergartens – no home visits required.
Support Offered:
  • Structured induction and onboarding with a gradual increase in caseload
  • Weekly external supervision, work shadowing, and case discussions
  • Manageable KPIs: 23 clients per week with wellbeing prioritised
  • Opportunities for career progression as the clinic expands
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • 2 Years Post Graduate Experience
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
