  • Salaries from $100,000 - $115,000 + Super + Salary Packaging 
  • 45% Clinical/ 55% Managerial Responsbilities 
  • Small Paediatric Caseload (predominantly Clinic Based) near Everton Park
This is a Leadership, hybrid role for a Senior Speech Pathologist, Psychologist or Senior Occupational Therapist who enjoys both clinical work and people leadership. You’ll step into a well-resourced, purpose-built clinic and support a team across Speech Pathology, Psychology and Occupational Therapy.

  • Lead without stepping away from clinical work - You’ll maintain a paediatric caseload while leading team performance, clinical quality and day-to-day clinic operations.
  • Support a close-knit MDT - Provide line management, clinical supervision and practical support to clinicians across Speech Pathology, Psychology and Occupational Therapy.

The Role:

As Practice Manager, you’ll balance clinical service delivery with leadership and operational support. 

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing line management to clinicians within the team
  • Supporting clinician performance, wellbeing and professional development
  • Providing clinical supervision to early-career clinicians
  • Reviewing complex referrals and supporting client allocation
  • Identifying skills gaps and building clinical capability
  • Supporting continuous improvement, service updates and operational changes
  • Assisting with recruitment and induction of new team members
  • Maintaining a paediatric clinical caseload
  • Delivering evidence-based assessment and therapy within your discipline
  • Completing clinical documentation, reports and client records
About You:

You’ll bring a people-focused leadership style, strong clinical judgement and the ability to balance team support with service performance.

You will have:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology, Psychology or Occupational Therapy
  • SPA eligibility as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist, or current AHPRA registration for Psychology or Occupational Therapy
  • Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting clinicians - ideally 3+ years
