Unmissable opportunity to join a family-focused multidisciplinary clinic in the Narellan area!

This company do things the right way with an incredibly low turnover of staff and provides high-quality therapy to children and families. They offer very reasonable caseload/targets and endless opportunities for career and professional development.

What you will be doing:
  • Clinic-based position but if you are interested in doing off-site visits this can be arranged by the clinic
  • Opportunities to complete your admin from home 
  • Ages 0-12 with a variety of disabilities/developmental delays - staff can tailor their caseload to the area of their interest
  • Speech Pathology services include speech and sound, language development, literacy, practical language and social skills, feeding and swallowing difficulties, fluency, stuttering and voice
  • Telehealth (if desired)
How you will be supported

The company has developed a structured onboarding and induction program (including shadowing sessions) so you feel completely settled in your role. There is also a gradual increase in the number of clients seen per day, you will not be thrown in the deep end! 

Weekly supervision is on offer with a Senior Speech Pathologist as well as regular team meetings and internal PD. The company also offers an incredible PD allowance of up to $5,000.

Requirements/Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • WWCC or ability to obtain one
