Job Description

This rapidly expanding paediatric practice is situated just north of Brisbane CBD! Known for their supportive environment and low staff turnover, this allied health organisation provides excellent New Graduate support, work-life balance and a collaborative team culture!
  • Salaries starting at $80,000 - $95,000 + Super + Benefits
  • Diverse paediatric caseload in clinic (80%) and community (20%) settings
  • Daily check-in's with the Director, weekly 1:1 supervision, gradual increase of caseload & NDIS report support
This role is perfect for a New Graduate Speech Pathologist seeking to strengthen their clinical practice and grow their knowledge!

Part time and full time roles available! 

On Offer:
  • Competitive salary: $80,000 - $95,000 + Super + Benefits based on experience

Your Role:

You will support a diverse paediatric caseload in various settings, including a beautifully equipped clinic, local educational environments or home visits. You will conduct initial assessments, create evidence based therapy plans, facilitate therapy sessions and record relevant documentation to support clients goals. 

Support Provided:
  • Weekly 1:1 supervision with a very experienced Speech Pathologist
  • Weekly Team meetings & frequent in house trainings
  • Gradual increase of caseload as you learn your role
  • Unlimited CPD allowance to upskill in your areas of interest
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
