Job Description

Our client, based in Blacktown, is at the forefront of Speech Pathology, combining traditional therapeutic methods with groundbreaking and innovative practices. With a strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming therapy, they offer an inclusive environment for both clients and staff.

Specialising in paediatric services while also supporting young adults, they are dedicated to providing evidence-based, client-centered care. Their services extend from the clinic to the community, incorporating therapy groups developed through cutting-edge research to meet the diverse needs of their clients.

Full-time or part-time considered, the clinic is based in Seven Hills. 

About the Position:
  • Predominantly clinic-based with occasional travel to schools 
  • Running therapy blocks and group sessions (you will be provided training where needed in these areas)
  • Evidence-based assessment and therapy 
  • Tailored paediatric caseloads depending on your interest area
  • Dedicated admin time in the middle of the day
On Offer:
  • Incredible salary packages available earn between $83,000 - $115,000 
  • Opportunity to curate your caseload, focusing on paediatric and developmental delays
  • Low targets of 20 billable hours per week
  • Flexibility in working hours and days

Requirements/Skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • SPA membership
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
