An exciting opportunity to step into leadership with an organisation looking to expand their Allied Health team in Mill Park.

Job Description

Our client is seeking a self-motivated and driven Psychologist to join them as they develop & launch a new Allied Health arm of their business.

They are a brand new modern clinic, and are looking to develop into a neuro-affirming, holistic, Allied Health provider. The senior leadership are armed with a passion for the cause, industry knowledge, and the flexibility to make the role work for the right person.

Both full and part time candidates will be considered.

  • Support & mentor junior clinicians as the team grows, honing in on your management skills.
  • Be part of onboarding and managing a growing Allied Health with a shared vision of providing exceptional holistic services to clients.
  • Experience true clinical autonomy supported by comprehensive admin support from the practice management team.
  • No day is the same with varied Medicare and NDIS referrals comprising requests for both therapy and neurodevelopmental assessment for clients across the lifespan.
The Role 
  • Be the first Psychologist in the team, with scope to step into leadership and build your own Mental Health team.
  • Directly report to and work alongside the Directors, in both shaping the role and building the business.
  • See a caseload of Neurodivergent clients across the lifespan, providing therapy and assessment.
Requirements/Skills
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Minimum 3 years working as a Registered or Clinical Psychologist in Australia 
  • Tertiary Psychologist qualification
