Job Description

A warm, welcoming practice in the heart of the Eastern suburbs are looking to welcome a Clinical Psychologist to their team.

The clinic was established in 2018 and is going through a period of high growth, and as such are really looking for somebody who is able to provide supervision to the team, particularly Clinical Registrars.

This position is offered on either a subcontracting or salaried basis, with a minimum of 2 days per week.

  • Remuneration: Enjoy an above average salary up to $125k + super FTE, or a 65/35 split on session fees if contracting with the additional freedom to set your own rates.
  • Admin Support: Have your bookings, billing, correspondence and all other non-clinical admin duties taken care of by a dedicated reception team and operations manager.
  • Flexibility: Choose how much of your time is spent seeing clients and how much is dedicated to supervision, with KPIs adjusted to reflect this.

Your duties will include:
  • Taking on a caseload of 5 clients per day when not supervising other Psychologists.
  • Working 2-4 days per week from the practice.
  • Employing a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approach to client care, maintaining high levels of confidentiality and ethics.
Requirements/Skills:
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Valid Police Check
