Since 2020 this lovely Psychology practice has grown to ten clinicians (a few on sabbatical) who share a passion for complex trauma, neurodivergence, and whole-of-lifespan care. Clients are mostly adults 30 + carrying layered histories; depth work is the norm, not the exception. You’ll have the breathing room to practice relationally (think social neuroscience meets EMDR) while still bouncing ideas off colleagues who remember why they became psychologists. Clinical endorsement is admired but not mandatory; curiosity and kindness count more.

Your Duties will Include

• Provide high-quality therapy to adults with complex trauma stories
• Complete assessments, notes & reviews, with no direct KPIs, but other clinicians see 4-6 clients per day
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team while running your room your way
• Work on-site in a light-filled space near bush tracks & cafés, close to the Penrith area

Requirements/ Skills

• Prior private-practice (or similar) experience
• Demonstrated trauma expertise or strong interest would be valued but not essential
• AHPRA registration (General or Clinical Endorsement)
• Full Australian Work Rights
