The Role
Communicate within a multidisciplinary team to support clients with a diverse range of health conditions. Work within the Social Model delivering Evidence Based Therapy in a variety of settings that suit individuals i.e. Homes, Workplaces, Schools, and Communities. Plan effective therapy, make a real impact with your interventions, support people with more complex needs.
