  • 1–5 days per week (PT or FT) to fit your life
  • Salaried employment: If you're a Reg Psych, expect $70 per hour; expect higher for Clinical Endorsement
  • Clients aged 0–25 with a balanced mix of autism/ADHD/cognitive/SLD assessments + therapeutic work.
  • Structured support, supervision and regular case consults
  • Close collaboration with Paediatricians and Allied Health
  • Neuroaffirming practice that welcomes every family
Join a respected child and youth service in Newcastle. You’ll manage a balanced mix of assessments (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R, ABAS-2, ADHD, cognitive/adaptive, SLD, giftedness) and therapy, plus meaningful parent work, supported by organised admin and an inclusive, team-first culture.

Employment is salaried for stability; contracting can be explored if required.

Your Duties will Include
  • Deliver evidence-based care to children, teens and young adults (0–25), with parent guidance
  • Complete assessments, therapy and clear reports.
  • Collaborate within a skilled MDT
  • Work at a clinic in Newcastle’s inner suburbs.
Requirements/ Skills
  • Experience in private practice or a similar clinical setting
  • Strong experience with children and neurodivergent clients
  • AHPRA registration as a General or Clinical Psychologist
  • Full Australian Work Rights
