Child Psychologist role in the Northern Beaches, $110k to $135k+, strong paediatric demand and MDT support.
Our client is seeking a Registered Psychologist to support children, teens and families from a well-established MDT practice in the stunning Northern Beaches.
This isn't an isolating private practice role, this clinic values collaboration across all disciplines and seeks down-to-earth life-long learners to settle into the warm, compassionate and supportive team culture that has been carefully curated over the last 20 years.
This role suits a clinician who wants to build deep paediatric psychology expertise across therapy, assessment, parent work and school collaboration.
Full-time or part-time options are available, with full-time hours across Monday to Friday and a shorter Friday to support genuine work-life balance.
What’s on Offer - Salary package around $110,000 to $135,000 plus quarterly reward potential, giving strong contributors a clear pathway to be recognised financially
- Full-time roster of Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 12pm, giving clinicians clinical intensity during the week and more personal time on Fridays
- Part-time options are available from 3 days per week, with 4 days ideal for psychologists who want time for parent liaison, teacher follow-up and report writing
- 25 clinical services per week for full-time clinicians, averaged across the quarter, creating clear expectations without daily pressure around billable hours
- $1,000 PD allowance after probation, blocked time for mentoring, MDT case conferencing and psychology hubs, helping you build focused paediatric psychology capability
About the Employer / Practice - Long-standing paediatric Allied Health practice nestled in the Northern Beaches, giving you access to established systems, consistent referral demand and a respected local reputation

Our client offers structure, mentoring, discipline-specific support and MDT learning so you can keep improving while working with children, families, teachers and other clinicians who all contribute to meaningful outcomes. The Northern Beaches location also suits someone based north of the bridge who wants a respected local role with balance, progression and purpose.
