Our client is seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join their vibrant, multicultural practice with locations in North and South Adelaide.

What’s on Offer - Employee model at 15% of billings, with KPI negotiation for enhanced earnings
- 5 billable sessions per day KPI to support work–life balance and prevent burnout
- Flexible 0.6–1.0 FTE roles, 100% in-clinic work at either/both locations.
- $1,000 annual professional development allowance, peer supervision and leadership support
- Regular social events, including shared lunches, paint and sip and even axe-throwing!
- Competitive salary starting from $90k + super, with no upper limit.

Requirements - AHPRA-registered psychologist with a current Psychology Board of Australia provider number
- Proven experience delivering NDIS and Medicare-funded psychology services

- Clinicians who specialise in paediatrics will be highly regarded.
