• Employee model at 15% of billings, with KPI negotiation for enhanced earnings
• 5 billable sessions per day KPI to support work–life balance and prevent burnout
• Flexible 0.6–1.0 FTE roles, 100% in-clinic work at either/both locations.

Requirements

• AHPRA-registered psychologist with a current Psychology Board of Australia provider number
• Proven experience delivering NDIS and Medicare-funded psychology services
• Strong collaborative mindset and commitment to a client-centred, multidisciplinary approach
• Clinicians who specialise in paediatrics will be highly regarded.
