Our client is a well established private practice clinic in Newcastle seeking skilled Registered Psychologists to join their top Paediatric team. If you hit your achievable quarterly KPIs, expect to receive $10,00+ bonuses a year! The clinic boasts an excellent referral stream with a caseload ready to go. Options available to work anywhere between 3-5 days per week.

• Generous Pay + Bonuses: Registered Psychologists can earn $95k-$100k+ Super (pro rata), Clinical Psychologists earn $120k+ super. Hit your targets? Earn up your pay by $10k-$15k a year!

Your duties will include:

• Providing exceptional therapy and support to children with a full caseload.
• Managing 25 billable hours a week, which includes both face-to-face sessions and reporting hours.
• Maintaining relationships with referring doctors and allied health practitioners.
• Clients predominantly sourced from private and GP referral streams.

Requirements/Skills:

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology
• AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Eligible to obtain Medicare provider numbers
