Join this growing business is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated early career occupational therapist to join their team in North Brisbane! 

As a new occupational therapist, recieve tailored support to set you up for success in your role. This includes Weekly 1:1 supervision, gradual increase of caseload, daily check in's with the director, peer mentoring & professional development training tailored to your areas of interest. 

Full time and part time positions available

Benefits: 
  • Above award salary, starting at $75,000 - $85,000 + Super, depending on your experience
  • $1500 PD Allowance and 5 days PD leave

  • Capped travel time for community work - 30mins from the office

Your Role:

You will provide evidence-based therapeutic assessment and intervention services to clients across the lifespan in a variety of settings (homes, schools, community environments & via telehealth). You will gradually increase your caseload to seeing 4 clients a day over a 6 month period, recieveing 4hrs a week of non contact time to complete any additional billable tasks.

  • $1500 Professional Development Allowance (annual) + 5 days paid Professional Development Leave
  • Additionally annual leave benefits - maintian that work/life balance!
  • Weekly 1:1 Supervision with a highly experienced Senior Occupational Therapist 
  • Daily check in's from the director when you start
  • Gradual increase of caseload

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers license and own vehicle
