What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a multidisciplinary team of paediatric therapists, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists & Psychologists. Your role will involve managing team operations, ensuring high-quality client care and achievement of therapy goals, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. In addition to your Team Lead responsiblities, you will support a diverse paediatric caseload. The rough split of caseload to managerial responsiblities is is approx. 80%/20%.
What you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- 4 Years post graduate experience - no previous leadership experience required
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Car and unrestricted license
