Job Description

Are you looking for a Team Leader role within a leading paediatric therapy provider?

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the day-to-day operations of your team as well as providing supervision/training. You will manage a reduced paediatric caseload that can be tailored to your interest area.

As a Team Leader your responsibilities will include:
  • Provide clinical support, mentoring to a small team of Occupational Therapists
  • Provide annual performance reviews for your team members
  • Assisting with intake for clients 
  • Coordinate, develop and deliver training for your team
  • Manage a reduced paediatric caseload 
  • Majority in-clinic sessions with some outreach visits

What you will need:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • 3+ postgraduate experience
  • Experience and passion for supervising
