Job Description

 Are you an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist (2+ years) with a passion for the outdoors and an interest in the benefits of nature-based therapy?
This is your chance to join a niche, dynamic, and client-first practice unlike any other - where your professional and personal passions unite.
  • Salaries starting from $85,000 - $110,000 + Super
  • Paediatric Caseload (predominantly school aged) on site with some community visits
  • Flexible working hours, option to work 9 day fortnight & WFH for admin
Located just 30 minutes north of Brisbane CBD, this small and close-knit team is dedicated to delivering meaningful, individualised therapy that helps children thrive - not just in the clinic, but in life.

  • Conduct therapy outdoors - canoeing, hiking, kayaking, swimming, gardening, and mud play on 7000 sqm of natural bushland
  • Flexible hours, 9-day fortnight option, and WFH for admin tasks
  • Salary starting at $85,000 - $110,000 + Super (based on experience)
  • Low billable targets: 4-5 a day with a focus on quality, not quantity
  • $1,500 PD budget annually to pursue your interests & regular in house training with the team
  • Company car available for outreach and community visits, or travel allowance if using your own vehicle

What you'll be doing:
  • Provide therapy for paediatric NDIS and private clients, with a focus on sensory processing, motor development, emotional regulation, and self-care
  • Deliver therapy outdoors, creating fun, intentional, and client-driven programs
  • Collaborate closely with a small, supportive team
  • Have autonomy to shape your caseload and working hours around client needs

About You:

You’re an enthusiastic, experienced OT who:
  • Has 2+ years of paediatric OT experience and AHPRA registration
  • Shares a love for the outdoors and isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty

  • Believes in the transformative power of nature for children with neurodiverse conditions
  • Prioritises work–life balance and isn’t motivated solely by salary
  • Has an interest in outreach and improving access to therapy in rural areas
  • Has AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
