Our client is a multidisciplinary private practice with a specialized focus on adult neurological rehabilitation. Positioned to move to a new, state-of-the-art clinic in Glen Iris, they provide a mix of clinic-based and community services.

About the role: 

This full-time role is best suited for an Occupational Therapist eager to deepen their expertise in adult neurological care. The position offers a unique blend of clinic-based work and community engagements tailored to the preference of each clinician, supported by a robust clinical development program. Each Thursday morning, staff partake in internal professional development and clinical skills sessions. Additionally, therapists benefit from a mentoring program, including weekly meetings with a designated mentor, fostering both personal and professional growth. 

Key Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from $85K - $105K + superannuation
  • Weekly professional development time allocated each week
  • Pool cars available for community visits along with per km reimbursement for use of your own vehicle
  • Flexibility in working hours within the core hours of 9 am-5:30 pm, plus transparent and flexible working arrangements as needed.
  • A 75% billable target excluding staff meetings and non-client facing tasks from the calculation.
  • Travel and report writing considered billable activities.
  • A nurturing workplace culture focused on development, with internal professional development sessions and a comprehensive mentoring program

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Drivers license and vehicle
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
