Enjoy a mix of clinic and community-based work tailored to your preferences and client needs. Community work involves school visits and occasional home visits. - Caseload:
Work primarily with children aged 1–18 years (and occasionally older clients), supporting ASD, IDD, FASD, physical impairments, and more. With a 90% NDIS and 10% private client mix, you'll handle both mild and complex cases. - Facilities:
Operate in a purpose-built, state-of-the-art clinic featuring: - Therapy rooms (12–20 sqm)
- Sensory gym, gross motor spaces, and a fully equipped kitchen
- End-of-trip facilities with showers
- Art & craft studio, camping tent, and more!
- Exceptional group therapy programs on offer: ranging from Rugby, dance, Dungeons and dragons + much more!
✅Perks and Benefits: - Salary: Competitive pay ranging from $111,500–$122,650, negotiable based on experience
- Travel Allowance: $0.98/km reimbursement for community visits.
- Professional Development:
- $1,800 CPD allowance per annum
- Peer supervision and quarterly in-service multidisciplinary PD days

- Support:
- Tailored onboarding with shadowing and mentorship.
- Leadership development for supervising New Graduates or students.

✅Requirements: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
