Job Description

Our Coolangatta based client delivers life-changing therapy for children and families through a values-led approach centred on connection, empowerment, and ongoing learning. 

Clinicians enjoy a supportive environment, flexible schedules, and access to state-of-the-art resources and facilities such as an open gym, hydrotherapy pool, spider cage, and Galileo vibration plate.
  • Salaries starting from $85,000 - $100,000 + Super
  • Work with a diverse paediatric caseload predominantly in a clinic based setting with capped community travel
  • Receive $3000 Professional Development Allowance inclusive of weekly or fortnightly supervision

Your Role: 

Our client is looking for an Occupational Therapist with 2+ years’ experience to join their clinic near Coolangatta and work with a dynamic paediatric caseload.
  • Primarily clinic-based (80%) with limited travel within 15–20 minutes of the clinic
  • Caseload includes NDIS, Medicare and private clients (aged 0–18, majority 3–10 years)
  • Common presentations include cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, Down syndrome, ASD and neurological conditions
  • Flexible working arrangements tailored to your preferences
  • Collaborative team of OTs, Physios, Speech Pathologists and EPs
On Offer:
  • $85,000 – $100,000 + Super (depending on experience)
  • $3,000 Professional Development and supervision budget
  • Bonus structure for exceeding billable targets
  • Weekly or Fortnightly Supervision as you need
  • Monthly and quarterly team training & peer-led PD
  • Structured 6-month onboarding with mentoring, especially for those new to the NDIS
  • Flexible calendar management and 9-day fortnight option
  • Quarterly social events including kayaking, brunches, and festive gatherings
  • Pathways for leadership, supervision, and clinical partnership
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia 
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
