Our client, a pioneering healthcare provider based in Emerald, is renowned for its exceptional mobile service, extending support within a 30-minute radius of the clinic. About the role:

This role offers an incredible opportunity for a dynamic clinician ready to take on leadership responsibilities in managing referrals and building a tailored caseload. The position is particularly suited for individuals looking to work in a supportive environment that values flexibility, including the possibility of a 9-day fortnight, and offers substantial professional development opportunities.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in a small, yet highly collaborative team, where contributions to clinical reviews, CPD, and team-building activities are highly valued.

  • Travel reimbursement of 92c per km

  • Monthly clinical supervision, with weekly sessions for new staff, and a comprehensive 100-day onboarding plan.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration
  • Drivers license and vehicle
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
