Our client has been offering Occupational Therapy services for more than 6 years, with clinic locations in the East and Western suburbs in Melbourne. This private practice is rapidly expanding and are grounded in evidence-based practices.
This private practice cater to paediatric clients with a range of conditions from their clinic in Newport and aim to transform the lives of others. Be supported by their lead OT with 20+ years experience that leads their team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of their clients.

The role will include:
- See clients solely from their clinic in Newport or visit clients at local schools and at their homes
- Broad paediatric caseload including conditions such as ASD, ADHD, cerebral palsy, down syndrome and more
- Achieve a billable target of 5 clients per day which you will gradually build up to over their 90 day onboarding period
How you will be supported:
- Weekly supervision from their lead Occupational Therapist
- Clinical mentoring weekly from other members of your team
- Opportunity to shadow the teams OT's during your onboarding period
- 90 day onboarding period with regular formal check ins to ensure you feel comfortable in your new role
- Annual $3000 PD allowance as well as internal and external PD opportunities
The Benefits:
- Salary of $80,000 - $115,000 + super (based on experience)
- Flexible working options - work solely from the clinic or see clients within the community
- Start and finish times able to be negotiated based on your lifestyle
- Option for a 9 day fortnight
- Travel allowance provided if seeing clients in the community

- Mental health workshops available to all team members
