Our client has been offering Occupational Therapy services for more than 6 years, with clinic locations in the East and Western suburbs in Melbourne. This private practice is rapidly expanding and are grounded in evidence-based practices.

This company cater to clients of all ages in Templestowe and aim to transform the lives of others. Be supported by their lead OT with 20+ years experience that leads their team of dedicated professionals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of their clients.

Your day to day:

• Work solely from their clinic in Templestowe or visit clients at local schools or at their homes
• Paediatric or Mixed ages caseload tailored to your preferences and area of clinical interest
• Broad caseload of conditions including ASD, ADHD, cerebral palsy and down syndrome
• Achieve a billable target of 5 clients per day which you will gradually build up to over their 90 day onboarding period

The Support:

• Weekly supervision from their lead Occupational Therapist
• Clinical mentoring weekly from other members of your team 
• Opportunity to shadow the teams OT's during your onboarding period
• 90 day onboarding period with regular formal check ins to ensure you feel comfortable in your new role
• Annual $3000 PD allowance as well as internal and external PD opportunities 

The Benefits:

• Salary of $70,000 - $115,000 + super depending on experience
• Flexible working options - work solely from the clinic or see clients within the community
• Start and finish times able to be negotiated based on your lifestyle
• Option for a 9 day fortnight
• Travel allowance provided if seeing clients in the community
• Fully equipped resource library
• Mental health workshops available to all team members

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
