What you will be doing:

• Manage a team of 3-5 Occupational Therapists
• Responsibilities include providing clinical supervision, performance appraisals and service development
• Manage a reduced caseload that can be tailored to your preference area
• Liaising with other multidisciplinary team members
• NDIS and Private clients
• Services include: fine and gross motor skills, social skills, sensory processing challenges and sensory integration
• Clinic-based plus Work From Home options

• Well above award pay rates - earn between $120,000 - $140,000 + Super

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Previous experience providing supervision 
• WWCC or ability to obtain one
• Minimum 2 years of postgraduate experience
