What you will be doing:
- Manage a team of 3-5 Occupational Therapists
- Responsibilities include providing clinical supervision, performance appraisals and service development
- Manage a reduced caseload that can be tailored to your preference area
- Liaising with other multidisciplinary team members
- NDIS and Private clients
- Services include: fine and gross motor skills, social skills, sensory processing challenges and sensory integration
- Clinic-based plus Work From Home options
Why this role: - Well above award pay rates - earn between $120,000 - $140,000 + Super

What you will need: - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Previous experience providing supervision
- WWCC or ability to obtain one
- Minimum 2 years of postgraduate experience
