You will be joining a team of 25+ Occupational Therapists who each have their own specialist area. The company has a focus on this - by matching therapists to clients they produce excellent clinical outcomes and most importantly, happy participants!

For their team members, the company creates both a supportive and flexible work environment. Therapists are able to manage their own work schedule with flexibility in hours and days. There are regular external speakers and in-house training with the Specialist Occupational Therapists on the team.

• Well above award pay rates - earn between $90,000 - $120,000 + super (depending on experience) for permanent employment
• Contractors can expect to earn around $100 per hour

• The team meets throughout the calendar year for social events 
• Supervision determined by your needs
• Structured 2-week induction program including shadowing sessions
• Monthly team meetings 
• Every 2 months you will receive training from Australia's largest equipment providers 
• Manage your diary
• Concentrate on therapy with a fantastic admin team
• Annual PD allowance provided
• Develop new skills and work collaboratively and closely with a team of significantly experienced and skilled Occupational Therapists

What you will be doing:

You will be managing a complex home modifications caseload working adult NDIS clients. You will be working mostly in the community and from your home however the team does meet up regularly. You will have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your diary. 

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
• Previous NDIS and home mods experience
• Drivers licence and own vehicle
