Your Role:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients of all ages, from children to the elderly, with physical, cognitive, neurological, and developmental conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans based on client needs, goals, and functional capacity.
  • Provide guidance and direct involvement in complex or critical cases that require higher-level problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including NDIS and private clients.
  • Deliver personalised therapies in both clinic and community settings.
  • Mentor and supervise junior therapists, offering guidance and feedback to support their professional growth.
  • Lead team meetings and clinical case reviews, ensuring best practice standards are met.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full APHRA registration 
  • Working With Children Check 
  • National Police Check 
  • Driver's license and own car
