Your Role: - Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients of all ages, from children to the elderly, with physical, cognitive, neurological, and developmental conditions.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans based on client needs, goals, and functional capacity.
- Provide guidance and direct involvement in complex or critical cases that require higher-level problem-solving and decision-making.
- Manage a diverse caseload, including NDIS and private clients.
- Deliver personalised therapies in both clinic and community settings.
- Mentor and supervise junior therapists, offering guidance and feedback to support their professional growth.
- Lead team meetings and clinical case reviews, ensuring best practice standards are met.

Requirements - Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Full APHRA registration
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- Driver's license and own car
